Where are Flex Kids Fitness classes held and what time are they?
Flex Kids Fitness classes are held at daycares, preschools, churches, gyms, parks, home school groups, ect. The times vary depending on what best works for the schedule of each location. Many of our classes are offered in the morning, post nap, or as an after school program.
What does the monthly cost cover?
The monthly cost covers a weekly half hour class, coached by a Flex Kids Fitness coach. A Flex Kids Fitness class will be held each week at your school at the designated time, and payments are made on a monthly basis.
What if a class is canceled?
We take pride in our professional coaches and staff. Our staff has a reputation of being present every week, on time, and ready to have FUN! In the rare event that a class is canceled, we will do everything we can to schedule a make up class. If a make-up class is not possible, you will receive credit to your account for the class missed.
Why is each class only 30 minutes in length?
Flex Kids Fitness classes are fast paced and fun. Within 30 minutes of exercise and FUN children have reached peak attention and physical exertion. As children get tired their attention may begin to wander. Our goal is to finish classes while children are still attentive and energized. This keeps children excited to come back for class each week.
Do the coaches change every week?
Absolutely not! We believe students will focus better when they trust and know who is coaching them. A coach is assigned to a school for the long term. Children can then build a positive relationship and connect with our awesome coaches!
How do I know what my student is learning?
Each month we send home a Flex Kids Fitness report. It will tell you what specific skills were worked on and what your child has learned that month. Coaches also provide a hand written personal note each month about your child.
